These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ProFlex ERP, a product of Novatta Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located at 2nd Floor, H.No.4-8-110/SN/427, Surya Nagar Colony, Hayath Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India-501515. 

By accessing and using ProFlex ERP, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use ProFlex ERP if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. 

1. Definitions: 

• "ProFlex ERP" refers to the enterprise resource planning system developed by Novatta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 

• "User" or "You" refers to the person or entity using ProFlex ERP. 

• "We," "Our," or "Us" refers to Novatta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. 

2. Use of the Service: 

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ProFlex ERP. 

• You agree to use ProFlex ERP only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

• Unless otherwise stated, Novatta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. owns the intellectual property rights for all material on ProFlex ERP. 

• You may view and/or print pages from ProFlex ERP for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. 

• You must not: 

  • Republish material from ProFlex ERP 

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from ProFlex ERP 

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from ProFlex ERP 

  • Redistribute content from ProFlex ERP (unless content is specifically made for redistribution) 

5. Service Modifications and Interruptions: 

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, ProFlex ERP or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you. 

• We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of ProFlex ERP is unavailable at any time or for any period. 

6. Limitation of Liability: 

• ProFlex ERP is provided "as is," and we make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the use or the results of this service. 

• Novatta Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of ProFlex ERP.

• Your use of ProFlex ERP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. 

8. Governing Law: 

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location. 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: 

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of ProFlex ERP following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
